RV PARK & CAMPGROUND OWNERS

If you own a RV Park or a Campground, and have thought about selling we can tell you how you can list your Park through our Specialty Brokerage. Our experience as RV Park owners as well as our commitment to Honesty, Integrity and Confidentially are our top priorities.

When information is first released to potential buyers the information given to them is very brief, giving number of sites, living quarters, and amenities No information is given regarding the location or the name of the Park or any income and expense figures.

Potential Buyers MUST fill out our Buyer Profile Form and sign a buyer Confidentiality Agreement. California Campground Consultants review each Buyer Profile Form making sure Buyers can qualify for a particular Park. After a Buyer Profile Form has been reviewed and buyer has qualified for down payment etc., then and only then do we mail a Park Packet to them, again strict confidentially is required.

Park Packets include colored pictures, name and address of the Park also income and expense figures. Buyers wishing to visit any Park MUST contact California Campground Consultants first, so appointments can be made with the Park Owner.

Over the past 10 years California Campground Consultants representatives have traveled extensively over California and Oregon, and are very familiar with many of the RV Parks and Campgrounds in these States. Every year we do try to visit as many Parks as possible, so we can meet with owners and update information on the Parks.

We have a large active file of qualified buyers who are looking for Parks in the western states.
